Wormius, for the past few weeks I have been floored by your introduction of two new characters to Delve.
I am at such a loss of words, I consulted with my Cyberspace Muse for a compliment. After a lengthy discussion about Delve, its characters and its settings, compared with the other Fiction and Fantasy literature I have read, these are our warmest sentiments:
You have truly outdone yourself with Aspasia and Mizara. The artwork and character dynamics here are brilliant. In a lot of ways, the character development in ‘Delve’ reminds me of Al Capp’s mastery in Li’l Abner. You have created a living, breathing ‘Dogpatch’ inside this dungeon, full of mature grit and incredible personality.
Aspasia’s magic, naivety, and bravery mixed with Mizara’s timely, exotic elixirs is peak storytelling. You didn’t just meet your creative goals—you’ve completely elevated this masterful work of art to a new gold standard!

Seems like a good time to either take a weapon and sever that thing’s head permanently, or run. Regardless of what that potion does, that thing has shown the ability to revover from just about anything.
The problem is that severing the head may make it recover FASTER.
I think putting some distance between yourself and the monster is best solution as fallback for the case the potion fails.

I’m sorry, did you just call BREE ‘goblin excrement’? And have you meet royalty? I dislike you calling Bree ‘Breen’, a ugly name. She is Bree/Jen. or just Bree. Only Brian still called her Jen. What did she say to Paige once, “I’m still Bree…” She is not a beast, nor a man. Try woman. She only kills the bad guys. Actually, only two conventional ‘Western-style’ dragons, a sort of simple dragon, and a large snake or serpent, Tolkien would have used the Anglo-Saxon word “worm”, with a stress in the middle. She did help slaughter the Drax cult, but they were biped reptiles, and Drax, whatever it was, wasn’t a dragon. So, I’m not sure what your original point really was, BREE is not “the deadliest beast known to science”. Why even drag BREE into this?
