Wake Up Call
Thanks for your patience, everyone! We had a really good road trip and saw a part of the country I’d never really seen before. After years of being stuck in the same place, watching cities that I loved getting turned into shells of their former selves, to finally go somewhere that seemed to have missed out on the memo that we were supposed to make everything worse, it was like breathing fresh air again. For that matter, I’ve been plagued with a wracking cough ever since we came back to live in Texas, and one day on the trip, while I was admiring the beauty of the Ozarks, my daughter mentioned aloud, “I don’t think Dad has coughed since we left Texas,” and I realized she was right… Of course, I’m back to hacking and wheezing again now that I’m back in the office, but… possible big move coming up in the future maybe…

Well…maybe it’s the office.
Whatever. Move. Move asap. Maybe its the general pollution.
Wormius, the fact that you stopped coughing when you left Texas, indicates you need to change your office atmosphere. Two suggestions, and I would do both.
(1) Get a floor model HEPA Air Filter. I have a Hunter QuietFlo. This should take care of the dust. We use it to keep our computer room dust free.
(2) Get an powerful Ozone generator. We use a TTDMK Ozone Generator. It should only take about 10-15 minutes to kill spores … anything living … as well as clear your office of smells. Shut off all electronic equipment, including the HEPA filter. Set the Ozone timer to 10-15 minutes and keep the door closed for at least a couple of hours. When it is finished, turn the HEPA filter on high, shut the door again and leave it running for another hour.
Hopefully, this will remedy your air quality issues.
Best wishes,
Hypatia
We keep our HEPA Air Filter running constantly on Low. Moreover, the HEPA design should also be effective on particulate air pollution. Also, hotels use these powerful Ozone generators to clear rooms of cigarette smoke. They are highly effective at removing odors.
I think moving to other country might be more effective.
I’m waging a bet that all that did is that it mobilized the last of his life force, and burnt through it in a last-ditch frantic, but useless, fit of attempted regeneration because you simply don’t regenerate 30 kilos of meat out of nothing — and so on the next page Scaly dies for good.
If they at least put all parts of his body together, then it MIGHT have a small chance to work.
Was it purple slime, green slime or some other type of slime? Will he become a zombie?
Maybe Scaly will try to eat Bear Hand, or at least bite him.
I have the same type of problem In Arizona. I want down there for training for 6 months and I was having coughing fits and asthma attacks the entire time (I had never had asthma in my life at that point). Turns out that some of the dust in Arizona was so fine that it could get into your lungs, and I just happened to be allergic to it.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work everytime. I yelled at this comic like that a week ago, but it didn’t help.
Of course had to be Texas. Because of course.
I mean, memes.
They might have better results if they tied Scaly’s lower half to his upper half, then poured the troll’s blood all over the wound.
AirFanta Pro for cleaning indoor air. But really, Texas and Ohio have among the worst air quality in the U.S. Best to live somewhere less polluted.
Bear Hand’s plan is not even half-assed, it’s a no-assed plan. Should have flipped a coin: head or tail.
